the worldwide life science industry, with direct presence in the Americas and Europe.
Our management team has more than 30 years of experience in bio-production, including the
management of blood banks, plasmapheresis centers and animal blood products, considering our
mission to contribute producing and serving with excellence in the cause of human and animal
health, respecting the vital balance of our environment.

Our production follows the principles of the HACCP System, as well as our administrative
management is ruled by the concept of Total Quality Management, all of which has led us to develop
animal blood serums of the highest quality for biomedicine and biopharmaceuticals.

In times of changes in the geopolitical conception of the business, mainly in the bio-pharmaceutical field, we are interested in developing strategic alliances for mutual extended term benefits.

Our operations strictly follow the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system (HACCP), the Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and are officially followed by the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA). Also, all our exportations to the EU are approved by the Directorate General for Health and Food Safety (DG SANTE) and the Federal Veterinary Office (FVO) of the Swiss Confederation and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries.

We also have the approval of Israel’s Veterinary Services and Animal Health (VSAH), the Rosselkhoznadzor from the Russian Federation and we are waiting for the approval of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) of the People’s Republic of China and the BAPHIQ from the Republic of China – Taiwan.

We believe in investing efforts and resources in R&D and we have signed strong cooperative agreements with research parks of renown European universities and biotechnology associations.
